Once you book your place, you are confirming that the date or dates suit you and you are able to attend.

If you cannot attend, we are not able to offer a refund.

The venues, speakers, certificates etc etc all need organized in    advance which usually costs us money up front, which we do not get refunded. So please understand, once paid and booked on, you are confirming that you accept these terms and conditions and no refund will be offered.

You are welcome to sell your ticket on in these situations, please just let us know the details of who is attending so we have any dietray requirements noted and certificates with correct names         arranged.
